Womens Self Defense Course
Want to learn how to master basic self defense techniques? Tired of living in fear from smugglers and “Bad Men” ? Well here at play and learn we offer a self defense course teaching you how to use the proper execution of techniques to attack the vulnerable parts of your attacker giving YOU the victim an upper hand to the situation and providing you with enough time to escape! In this course the participants will be taught the basic and straightforward self defense techniques which would be easy to apply when face on with situations. By the end of the course not only will you be able to understand the self defense techniques but this course would also help you to enhance your alertness hence enabling you to protect yourself better and finally giving you the self confidence boost that would strengthen your mind, body and soul. A little bit on the instructors’ background.
Victor Kwong is a Kukkiwon 5th DAN Taekwondo Black Belt Holder. He holds A Bachelors Degree in Sports Science, Majoring in Exercise Physiology and Athlete Therapy and Minor in Sports Psychology and Coaching. He has been involve in Taekwondo for more than 20 years and has been teaching for more than 15 years. He had won international competitions and attended self defense courses conducted by international and local experts. Not only was he the Sports Science High Performance team leader for Sailing, Gymnastics and Taekwondo in their preparation for the SEA, Commonwealth, Asian and Olympics Games but he did that all whiles respectively working with the National Sports Council of Malaysia.
This course is applicable to teenagers from the age of 16 onwards. Classes would be on every Thursday 7 pm up till 8.30 pm. This course starts in March onwards and the cost for it would only be RM 480. A good investment that would come in handy for your future. So what are you waiting for?
