OBJECTIVES
Gymnastics is one of the most basic and exciting of all physical activities. Basic gymnastics skills are a perfect stepping stone for others sports and activities. Gymnastics develops strength, endurance, power, flexibility, co-ordination, agility and balance.
What could the children learn from Gymnastics?
Through the gymnastics program, children will improve their physical ability, develop discipline and learn to socialize better through healthy group activity with other children of their age group.

Gymnastics program is all about the children having fun while developing the physical skill they will need to become healthy, active and confident teens and adults.
Children will learn basic gymnastics skills such as bouncing, rolling, stepping, landing, etc ; safety.
Gymnastics is a FUN activity which involve challenges, targets, problem solving, team work and make this program interesting and exiting.
